This site is operated by WashingMachine, a student RoboCup Junior Rescue Line team based at ITIS A. Rossi (Vicenza, Italy).

Data we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, hashed password (Argon2id), OAuth provider IDs (if you sign in with Google or GitHub).
• Content you publish: comments and reactions you post.
• Technical data: salted-and-peppered hash of your IP address and the user-agent string of your browser, used solely for abuse prevention (rate limiting, IP banning).
• Cookies: strictly necessary cookies for authentication and a consent cookie for your preferences.

We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers.

Lawful bases (GDPR Art. 6)

• Performance of contract (account, comments).
• Legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention).
• Consent (analytics, when accepted via the cookie banner).

Your rights (GDPR Art. 15–22)

You can request access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction or portability of your data, and you can object to processing. Account deletion anonymizes any comments you authored.

Data retention

• Active accounts: until deletion.
• Audit logs: up to 24 months.
• Soft-deleted comments: 30 days, then hard-deleted.
